Rainforest
By: Sadie and Ashley

Rainforests are bright, beautiful, and exciting. They have four different layers. The shrub and herb layers are very dark. The canopy is very sunny. The middle layer gets a little light, but not much.

There are thousands of animals and plants in the rainforest. Some trees in the rainforest can grow up to 3,000 feet tall. If there were not any trees in the rainforest the animals would die. Some animals are birds, bats, bugs, big wild cats, owls, sloth, pandas, and many more.
