Prairie
By: Karl and Michael

The prairie is a cool and exciting adventure. Fall is a warm and cold season there. Spring is warm and hot. In spring it can be 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Winter is a very cold season. In winter it can be 30 degrees.

Animals and plants live in a grassland environment. There are snakes, groundhogs, rabbits, and prairie dogs. Prairie chickens are 18 inches tall and weigh about two pounds. The triple striped lizard's weight is four pounds. Flower colors there are yellow, red, purple, and orange. Wild dandelions there can grow up to five feet.
