Chariot

The chariot was used in battle, races, and also as a carriage. The chariot has two wheels, is powered by two horses, and is driven by two people, one driver and one archer when in battle. The chariot was first introduced to the Egyptians by the Hyksos army in 1800 B.C.

This artifact was important to Egypt because in battle they were fast. This is why the chariots were first in the line of battle. The chariot helped Egypt conquer other lands, forming a great empire.
