Mrs. Hermsen's Kindergarten students have made two paper quilts this year. The traffic light quilt helped students see how each of us is unique and different. The heart quilt was made as part of our Valentine activities.

Paper quilting is used to teach and reinforce a variety of math skills. It also allows the students to be creative while working together as a team to make something beautiful.
